Ah right, I always wondered why there was never any decent mani's for the 98 vtr as the port spacing on that looks alot more suited than the 90 vtr's from the outside at least, can't comment on the angles in the head as I can't remember lol

Yeah the port spacing and design is ALOT better than the earlier engines only downside is the roller rocker type head. but this isn't an issue to be honest I can get head work later on to get this improved :homme:

Yeah the same prices as the existing kit £550 is what i paid in total (excluding the bodies themself)

Which for what they are is a bargain in my eyes....


Cheers dude, it's getting so close now I have all the parts sitting at home (apart from the filter) so I'll take some funky pics later to get the thread updated. I'm going to take the car of the road to a month or two in October to get it all fitted along with the cage which is jizz material on it's own lol....

Yeah I still want to get it dyno'd before I change anything to get a base figure...

Also I may fit the cam next week as I have a week off because I'm impaitent then closer to October it'll purely be the bodies and ecu :panic:

Shame there aint a plug and play for the 3 plug yet, would save a good bit of cost with the wiring of the ecu.
