Induction kit using a 206 induction pipe and a carbon filter.

Bonnet badge

Speedline sl 434's

Straight through Center pipe from manifold to backbox.

this thread isnt about who's manifold is the most equal of lenght or indeed how big ones penis is, but how unique their mods are..

so been as the one i made is the only one of its type (even if its not equal length) then id say its fairly unique?? ;)

FisherVTS 17th March 2011 23:35

think i should update mine soon :P might need to take up an entire page lol

Ross 18th March 2011 07:14

Lol Danny you know I'm only teasing ;)

Lippy 18th March 2011 08:36

both turbo setups look really good! I love the DP manifold but Id have to take my hat off first to the guy who actually made his himself as thats a feat of engineering as far as im concerned!

SaxbyPK 17th May 2011 17:32

Audi Cup Holder

alot of patience, cut out the blank button frame things( that hold the blanks in place) cut the front of the blanks and stuck to the cup holder had to cut into the vent pipe a little so it would fit then mastic around the edges to seal it agen and its done basicly, pretty easy but fiddly, works well aswell and is very solid, doesnt rattle or drop or pivet when a drink is in it

Davo106 17th May 2011 19:10

Mostly following the guide off 106owners though I'd imagine...

SaxbyPK 17th May 2011 19:20

yeah basicly the same

are your three stud vtr brakes on here? lol

Mikol 19th May 2011 19:19

Somewhere lol. They've since been superseded by the 2 pairs of 266's I've had since though... Don't think I posted them up, or indeed the 3 stud converted VTR suspension.

Slacking, I know. I'll find the pics now

Mikol 19th May 2011 19:27

As promised, 3 stud 266mm brakes. These are my second set now running Lucas calipers with OEM disc retaining screws into countersunk holes in the discs. My original set were BOSCH calipers with no retainers.

You can also see the stud conversion with anodised black wheel nuts (which Is why I questioned Alex's post above, there's a few of us running studs & nuts nowadays)

The eagle-eyed will notice the struts are actually VT* struts, no 3 studs ever came with drop-links. I had to combine some very special 3 stud hubs with the correct bearings to get them to fit in the 4 stud sporty Saxo hub.

Booyah!

A couple more boring things...

Meshed OEM grille - These are already meshed but only a circular cut-out actually lets air in. So I cut out the old stuff and meshed the lot... and had it sprayed gloss black.

And also I wired a permanent USB charger into the ciggy lighter, with a switch next to it

Think that's it, I'll post up if I come across any more.

Lippy 19th May 2011 21:11

liking the brakes conversion very original, not seen it done before!
hoping that the extra stud isnt there on the bigger engined cars because they have bigger breaks for strength :y:

Mikol 19th May 2011 21:42

Fuck it, the wheels havn't fallen off yet...

Basley 15th June 2011 02:55
