Really? Updating your thread to tell us you have washed it ... I'm disappointed and was expecting something major.

Things breaking is the only thing GolfJay (Wanker) tends to update with it and it works for him.

Burnnnn. Yeah you got a point there.

There was one thing i forgot to mention and that was the starter motor gave up and it got replaced but that was a long time coming since the issue months ago. It's a chew on of a job and it's not because of the inlet (to my suprise) it's lining it up onto the engine and at night with a small light. :panic:

Other then that i have no complaints and dont want any ha ha :p

Cheers man.

Thats the plan as of now and the finer touchs will roll up closer to show time. Get the expensive stuff out the way first.

Prickle 11th October 2013 22:33

Another pointless update but that seems to be the in thing with this section now so i'll join it;

Clean pic from today. Nothing you havent all seen before i'm sure. :P

MartinObviously 15th October 2013 18:43

LED number plate bulbs? What a chav :homme:

How do they look in the dark? any dim light pics? :)

dolby20 15th October 2013 19:43

Same style as mine - if they're the 270 degree ones?
And makes it look that little bit fresher!

greyjasper51 15th October 2013 20:00

JoeHindle 16th October 2013 02:01

Brettles1986 16th October 2013 08:59

At hotel.

Well i took this pic myself lol. :P

Highly doubt anything else now till Feb as per above.

Which will be;

And;

Superleggras in Bronze. 15"

Hopefully =

Not to everyones taste i believe it will pull it off.

It will look good with Superlegs plus they are seriously light, prefer the first set in the picture above though they look like OZ's version of Turinis.

Prickle 17th October 2013 10:22

Problem will be finding a good used set in 15"s. Wont be buying new as i want them repainted..

I like the S wheels but i like those too so they will kept as spare/winter next year.

S wheels do weigh a awful lot though not that it matters so much as it's a daily lol.

Lighter brakes/wheels :D :P

Prickle 28th October 2013 23:22

Cleaned it finally... Also jacked it up to keep ontop of the underside. Pleased to see it's still gooood. ;) she's near 91k now.

Sky during - not bad.

Jigs2895 28th October 2013 23:31

Love this car! Surprised you haven't colour coded the grill?

j40mek 28th October 2013 23:48

Car looks nice

LSOfreak 29th October 2013 00:05

good idea on the underside

any after shots?

BIG 29th October 2013 04:46

Looking good dude!

Jamie 29th October 2013 09:12

Take it you dried the underneath afterwards?

I never cover vast areas like that at once and always make sure it's dry so it doesn't rust.

Alex-W 29th October 2013 09:41

Looks so good for nearly 100k miles, very clean. Love the exhaust too. I had a supersprint on my old VTR, loved the tone it had and the angle of the tailpipe.

craig180 29th October 2013 10:11

Looking good as ever.

I'd get that up on some ramps, give the underside a good de-grease and clean. Then rub down the bits of surface rust and blather the fook out of it with some black waxoyl.

willsy 29th October 2013 10:51

Time for the toothbrush and Tardis treatment :-)

Clean and free of moisture retaining muck beats bodge it waxoyl any day Craigy, shame on you for suggesting it ;-)

I'd personally not buy a car if it was waxoyld (unless from factory) I'd just think some kid had tried to hide rot.

jeffchiz 29th October 2013 19:15

I will do.

Since it's been bumped i'm going to pass on the pricey calipers @ £600 and go for 406 Brembo's and repaint them Yellow.

:P

Cam 19th November 2013 23:55

Prickle 19th November 2013 23:56
