Skorpion 6th May 2007 20:09

Looks like one of them from the grille, might be one modified to fit into that hole. I aint got a clue, Just want it to look good!

rushy_23 6th May 2007 20:10

Looks much better Rich now but me personally I wouldnt have bothered with
blending it in, I like it like it is below:

BUT, liking the idea of dropping the airfeed through the light. As long as its not
a rough job!

Cheers mate. Would rep you but says I need to spread the love a bit more. Cant remember the last time I repped you! Any idea where you get them from? Can that stick onto a bmc pipe?

Rushy, dont start with me! I have made my mind up and I am sticking to it!

rushy_23 6th May 2007 20:20

The red saxo seems to have a much tider job with the air feed thing. I hate
the look of the viper end. Looks cheap and tacky, aka Ripseed.

Skorpion 6th May 2007 20:23

If I can get the air feed pipe to sit perfectly inside the hole and not leave any gaps I wont bother with the intake bit, but Its just keeping the pipe there! Something else for me to buy I suppose!

rushy_23 6th May 2007 21:03

Will look a lot tidier without!

Skorpion 6th May 2007 22:05

Even tidier than this rush....

rushy_23 6th May 2007 22:58

Looks gay with the Viper Feed thing! Even the black one!

Kinda reminds me when the Terminator gets shot in Terminator 2 and it makes
them silver circle holes

l.m.a.o rushy! You maybe rite! Might need to look into how I can keep the bmc pipe onto the light bit!

ChrisJ 6th May 2007 23:39

Love the morettes mate, i'd keep them tbh. Not sure on the air feed though. Although it does look smart on the black saxo above.

Skorpion 7th May 2007 20:52

Just gave the car a good clean today. Bit more happy today as was having my doubts past couple of weeks about it.
Few reflection shots and I decided to stick the original mk1 rear lights on until I get my new lights.
Bonnet reflection

Skorpion 8th May 2007 22:08

Having a panic week, do I keep the morettes as I am still not sure about them. Or do I go to standards or back to black angel eyes! HELP!

Amiee 8th May 2007 22:12

back to angels rich :P iv got some proper links for proper lights lol!!

Payney 8th May 2007 22:12

Tbh, i prefer the standard lights on mk1s... Angels looked good to, but then again i don't like morrets. ;)

Skorpion 8th May 2007 22:28

Seriously considering selling the morettes! Might just get some standard one back on! Do I do it?

ChrisJ 8th May 2007 23:13

Get some black angels, bad boy bonnet, and go euro styleeeeee!!!!
