I'm always down by there aswell - yeah its about a 2 min drive depending on traffic lol |
Cars looking mint but where you get the plain number plates from as I cant find anywhere that sells them?
Is all your grill the same colour? Wanted to colourcode mine but wanted the slats and chevrons satin black with the surround the black of the car. Just areil letting it down get a Ford areil base like this and a small rubber areil and it looks ace done it to mine but cant upload pics. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-Fiesta-MK...02169004r26283 |
As i already said dude, i changed the aerial other day. I might get some pic's up tonight of it. My grill is colour coded with black chevron's, yea.
Ps. Sig Fail dude, go into you're option's and edit you're signature there. |
Okay, so as i said, picture's of the aerial. Looks alot better imo but not ott.
![]() Also, pic's of my new helmet for the Duc :D Real carbon and got it at a bargain! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Ariel looking good - should be good to see this beauty at the meet :y:

Quickshifts are quality, Can i ask how much it was for one of the sprint buckets, Harness, And side mount? And where did you get it from mate as i'm planning buying one myself!
|

The L-Bracket's have to mount to a custom flat bracket which sit's against the sill bolted in the place for the original seat's. Like so: ![]() |
Had 5 inch's of snow so far today and more on the way...
On the way home from work (which was extremely dodgy) my car became abit of a snow plough haha :y: / :n: Blurry pic's as i was freezing! ![]() ![]() |

Lol it is abit mad! All that snow on the front bumper came from just driving home from work. Took about ten minute's to get home and i could just hear snow underneath the car lol.
|
Mines lavered in Salt from the drive to Scunny and back lmao - the worst thing was I had my window down so I could hear the road better then some lorry bombs passed my car and throws a ton of slush in my face and interior :wall:
|
chip i love your saxo!!!!

I can mate, but it means jacking the car up and we've still got snow here. So will have to wait til it goes, dont fancy crawling about in the snow lol.

Right folks. Interesting note here. As a couple of folk on here already know i travelled hours today all the way to Orpington, London to fetch SaxoMark's Mk1 Mauritius VTR. My ex, who happens to still be a very good friend has bought it and it's basically a small project. The body's lovely on it. Better than mine infact. And the car overall feel's alot smoother to drive than mine. But it will need a new clutch soon by the feel of it and the twin VTS fan setup need's some sorting out. The heater's are also bollock's haha. So that will need sorting.
Other than that, it's a nice car and drove back from London fine :y: The VTR number plate is getting transfered on to my car as Toyah has her own private plate too :) I'll let some pic's do the talking :y: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Spec... The sparco buckets and omp harnesses look amazing:y: I got borde of my gti leathers so have started stipping mine aswell but i dont know wether to get fixed buckets or reclining ones? As i use the car alot i dont want to get fixed ones and find they are impractical for every day use
|
Tbh dude, i use my car everyday and i get on fine with the bucket's. And so do afew of my friends :)
|
Thats all i need to know then! On the look out now for some monaco S's or similar, bring on the track :p How much did you pay all togeather for seats, sub frames and harnesses?
|

If you go for the same method as i have you also need to do the custom bracket. Think i did a paint picture few page's back to show how it work's. Make sure you do some research into what seat's people tend to find comfy. I went for the Sprint's as my mate has them in his GTI and i've spent a fair few hour's in them so had first hand experience with them and knew i liked them :y: |
Ive sat in my mates (IWlaurence) monaco S's and they seemed really good, can pick them up second hand quite easily aswell. I really like your sparcos but dont know if i can justify 600 all togeather when i only fitted the gti leather not long ago lol:wacko:
