it might be worth trying to put some kind of scoop / curve between the port and the glass to try and move the air out over the subs instead of up towards the glass!

i wouldnt of thought it would effect loading that much tbh!

liking the design on the front doors! looks like there might be an excessive amount of filler on there though :/, looks like its 5/6mm thick of filler on the top ;)
Well designed so that the speaker isnt slapping the seats liking that! :y:
One thought though the amp which you have covered in fluffy stuff surely that is going to just make the amp hotter by having an inch of insulation? just a thought but might be worth considering covering it in a much thinner pile carpet/felt???

yer they have a lot of filler lol. the amp dont get very hot even with the furr frame. it gets slightly warm when ya have been booming for a few hours lol.
