Well its been 3 weeks since I was Wales and thats flew over.

Speak to his to close mates ever few days, they are just as nice as he was Tom, they seem to be holding up well, sunk in now it has.

even if it was an pure accident, the driver was in the wrong and took the life of a decent guy!

death by dangerous driving has a penalty of 3-11 points
speeding can be 3-12!
are punishment scheme is pathetic!

If they put that he was driving dangerously then they're accusing him of something that he hasn't been proven to have done. It's convention to put down accused as it stops them getting sued. He'll almost certainly be found guilty but until then he's only "under suspicion)
