Doesn't overly matter about the nightlife in the surrounding area at uni's. A lot of things go down in the SU, but mostly it's the people you meet there that make it a good night out. Going in army gear to any club is a laugh, so wouldn't worry too much about the night life.

If it has the course you want, go for it, you'll still have an awesome time mate :y:

those who said most nightlife is in the SU bar obviously had a shit time at uni! :P the best nights out are after the SU bar...
