Right fellas, haven't updated this for a while :)

I have been enjoying the fun factor of the saxo and have come to the conclusion (without any proof) that the car is NOT standard, after having a play with a friend and his BMW 123d which ended up neck and neck! and another friend with a Seat Cupra R 1.8T which he was only just pulling away from me.... it just makes me smile every time :)

Anyway I have done a couple of things to the car since I last updated..

I have fitted an Ashley Racing Back box (which needs shortening still)

The car has been lowered approx 60mm, I didn't want to 'SLAM' the car as everyone suggested with the intention of getting the car onto a track at some point...

I have some colour coded wing mirrors on their way so they will 'hopefully' be here shortly...

Also I have fitted a set of MK2 Dials which I think is a much better addition to the 'dull' inside of the car :)

Anyway I will let the pictures do the talking..

Lowered...

Then I took the wipers off while we had some nice weather :)

Then I added some bonnet raisers (chav tastic I know) but i liked them on the GT so thought may aswell give them a try :) Opinions?

I then took the wipers off as we had a long spell of nice weather :)

Ok so on with the dials....

There was a little bit of wiring to be done with this...

Before..

Surround off..

Steering column plastics off..

Airbag off..

Steering wheel bolt off..

Steering Wheel Off...

Old clocks out and plug in the relevant wires for the new clocks...

New clocks in...

Surround back in..

And all back together :) Thoughts?

And thats where im at with the car...

The wheels need re-furbing or changing but funds are always low!

Please let me know what you all think so far :)

Ollie
