 today fitted the janspeed 4-2-1 mani with the sports cat. don't even go there had so much fucking trouble but is finally on. not very good fitment at all and not the best service from kam racing. but anyway it is finally on!
good with the k&n panel filter i guess. a tiny bit louder a tiny bit more responsive but through the gears seems to pull alot better thanks to more torque - but in terms of bhp probably very little because of the sports cat restricting but couldn't be assed with even more hassle.

here are the best pics i could do. has the original heatshield back on untill heat wrap arrives

and here is a photo of my 1000w jbl sub and amp

tomorrow i am changing the oil again in time for the brighton sax-p meet thursday because place where i get stuff at trade price muck every order as they are cowboys and gave me the wrong sized washer for the sump plug so i shall have to change the oil again as it's leaking with the old one suprise suprise :(

I got some made with the citroen logo with saxo underneath it, with any slogan on bottom of the plate(If any)in any colour you like, from demon plates..put it in google and itll come up,,i think with a fotting kit it came upto £35 or so,,and then a bit for delivery iirc, and they came within 2 days of me ordering them:y:

lukeyyyyyyy21 10th September 2009 22:20

jamie i have a few plans like get the centre part from the downpipe to the where the backbox is and lower on black vtr alloys but going to be a struggle as i'm putting all my money towards the insurance which is due in 7 weeks so.... :(

lukeyyyyyyy21 18th November 2009 15:14

Yesterday with the help of a friend tinted my front lights with 'Ford Panther Black Pearlescent paint'.

Also installed blue inteior & boot blue lights.

And stripped her out. Feels a lot quicker now.

here's a photo after i just washed her ;)

after a pair of smoked rear jewels next got bored of the mk1 rear lights.

lukeyyyyyyy21 18th November 2009 15:20

Before this though was miss-firing bad on the way to the mot last month. Started to do it more oftern and run on 3 clyinders. so....fit new spark plugs. That didn't solve it. Got a new coil pack and I think it's fixed. Trying to keep on top of a french car is hard lol.

here's a cool picture dave took down in brighton on monday :afro:

lukeyyyyyyy21 24th November 2009 14:18

Fitted a Momo strut brace today. does help it glue a bit better in the turns.

Going to try a Pipercross Viper induction kit as well.

lukeyyyyyyy21 28th November 2009 14:54

Photo down in Brighton last night of Pipercross Viper Enclosed induction kit fitted. Had some fun going up the levels in the multi story cinema car park in the marina as all the flash jap cars probably wondered what the fuck it was then a little saxo comes past lol. Always fun.

lukeyyyyyyy21 28th November 2009 15:04

Baffles in the Janspeed back box are now fucked plus it's always leaking. Wanted a centre section anyways so why not save up for a 'cat-back'? that's my next mod. Feeling Piper if I can't get hold of a Miltek. Going to try DemonTweeks.

vtr_marc 5th December 2009 20:06

looking rele good lukeyyy loving that induction kit and the tinted lights nice work mate keep it going buddy see you at the next meet.

boarer2004 5th December 2009 20:25

induction kit is fitted wrong ........

boarer2004 5th December 2009 20:28

cold air feed comes after filter not before and what are you using to support it

lukeyyyyyyy21 9th December 2009 20:42

that's an old picture. have a breather filter now.

i wouldn't say it's on the conventional way no but it's working fine. it's jubliee clipped on and i've noticed it's the universal kit, not bad for £30 second hand considering the retail brand new is around £170. She sounds soooo much better now. :)

lukeyyyyyyy21 9th December 2009 20:50

Swopped the tyres around today at college as fronts wearing too much, they grip far too well! Also had to fit a new battery. So the last month I have had to change the spark plugs, coil pack and now battery. My gear box didn't sound to good either last night. Think I'm on borrowed time with it. :homme: french.

lukeyyyyyyy21 18th December 2009 15:29

I have a driving job doing around 2000k miles every 5 weeks or something crazy. having problems with the gearbox so changed the oil to see the masses of shrapnel on the plug lool. Did the engine oil as well as the filter castrol magnatec 10w/40 part synthetic as it was time as well. A nice winter service done in the past few weeks at college loool. :A:

here's some snow photos from last night down in Brighton at the meet.

Have some smoked jewels on the way and new sax-p stickers wooo photos when they have arrived. After that it's going to be a supersprint I think after i've paid the fricken road tax. :y:
