update

right decided to put the standard grill back on and spray the chevrons grey, so just got it fitted after spending about 10mins to fit a blt then gave up..

not great as it was dark

yes lol and i could not tighten the bolt and it was freezing so i only did one, and it was not like i could get in the westcoast as that is filled up with bumpers, wings, grilles and boxes lol, will try and get a pic of that tommorow aswell

that reminds me, i need to take a look at my lower stru brace tomorow as i think its bent from hitting a speed bump earlier :n:

update

right went to the scrapyard today looking for bits for the 1.1 and luckily came accross a venitian red 1.1. so took the glovebox, rear bumper and indicator souround for a fair price of £25. so soon i will be fitting the standard exhaust and still debating what to do with the wheels

good find mate lol sell the wheels and converts it to 4 stud and get some rallye steels :D :D :D

lol cheers mate it was a good find, but i was thinking about a 4 stud as there were more 4 stud brakes at the scrappy but i might sell this next month

lol no i needed some way to make abit of money of it for the westcoast so far i have spent about £220 including the car and delievery :y:

i wouldn't mind keeping it for a while and putting a vts in it

my dad brang round some bits for the sax, i think they are for the 1.1 lol

anyway

brake shoes
2 wheel cylinders
exhaust clamp

yeah i know i can't wait for an engine, lowering kit, wheels, bonnet sprayed, rocker badge, strut brace, gti leather posibly, manifold, vtr rear beam, 266 brakes and so on

i acctually have a strut brace i just rembered lol, it is a raceland one which i got with my badboy bonnet but i might get the same one as you

update

fitted the new brake shoes and wheel cylinder today and the brakes are now working fine, and then took the old exhaust off even though it sounded very nice lol

so the list

front brake pads
aerial
headunit
mot and tax







exhaust kind of on

update

on saturday went of to the scrapyard to pick up on aireal and a rear brake light got them both for £2

then today we fitted rear bumper, exhaust aireal and wheels and now it is in one peice









so now it is nearly finished
