Got my new carbon mirror caps from Streamline on the other day, not as easy to fit as I thought! ha!
Coilovers are coming off at the end of the month and being replaced with Apex springs and dampers, so itl but up to about 35mm down instead of the 60mm its at just now, the coilovers are just a bit to bouncy and they nock hard on any bumps and anyway tbh Im looking for performance over looks anyway. Got powerflex rear arb bushes goin on aswell.

Right so Iv changed my thoughts on what to change my sus to instead of the Raceland coilies and Kam now has Eibach 50mm springs with Apex dampers so Im deciding to go for that. My mind always changes :panic: but I recon thatl be the set up goin for a front lower strut brace aswell. As for today Im goin to take a carpet out a spare vtr and fit it with the new centre console, pics should be up later but for now...

Well new plans are as follows. Not sure what order its gettin done yet though.
Exterior:
Black angel eyes, along with smoked rears, repeaters and fogs.
Sprayed gloss black bump strips, splitter and grille
Carbon rear spoiler and bonnet

Interior:
Buckets of some sort and 4 pointers
Snap off wheel
No other plans atm...

Suspension:
Apex dampers with Eibach 50mm springs
OMP lower strut brace

Brakes:
No other plans atm

Engine:
Alot I want to do here but wont be till the end of the year before I start the work on it. Plans - Throttle boddies, standalone, cammed, oil cooler ect ect

Well, last night got new carpet fitted, recon Im just keepin it in till the power mods are put in!:P Will put up pics later but its nothing exciting eh?!
Also ordered a compbrake quickshift so that should be good once its in. New sus on in a week or 2 hopefully! :y:

Hahaha, right so Iv changed my mind again. Now deciding to spend a bit more and get the Spax PSX adjustible kit (40mm) from kam. Should order it tomorow so I wont be changin my mind again! Quickshift on the way aswell and maybe new doorcards?! :panic:

Yo! Fair while since last update, aint been able to do too much recently, alota work to do!
Just had the spax psx kit fitted yesterday raised up by 20mm, so sittin at 40 now, they feel so much better its crazy and handling is top noch! Next up is goin to be the exhaust, got a powerflow cat back system on just now and got no problems with it, but thinking on gettin the Supersprint Magnum full exhaust and Supersprint 4-2-1 and get it heat wrapped. I hear this is a good set-up, anyone had this?!

:bump: On first page, new plans and things done.

Well, its been ages since my last update so thought Id add whats been going on. No massive jobs been done but, de wipered the back, painted front and rear calipers, fitted wind deflectors. Had my vtr rims on over the snowey months but the past couple weeks have been real nice so put my pro race 1.2s back on the other day, first propper chance to test them out with the Spax set up and it feels great, sticky sticky!! :P
Pretty much now Im collecting up all my parts to get GSXR 1000 throttle boddies fitted ie, throttle boddie unit, Inlet manifold, fast road cam, standalone ecu, 10 row oil cooler, 4-1 manni ect.
Should be alot more updates coming soon hopefully and pics up soon also!

A wee update.... Gave the car a proper wash/polish/wax the other day with the nice weather coming back and all... Used the usual Auto Glym shampoo then a couple layers of AG Super resin polish and then some dodo juice Red Mist, worked really good, so got some pics to put up.
As for other things, Iv got Ultra, black headlights on the way and will be fitting 6000k hids in soon. Tinting out the fogs, rears and side repeaters this week aswell. Thinking of getting bonnet raisers as the strut brace tends to rub off the bonnet.

Cheers bud! Ahh long story with the lights but pretty much got ripped off but ended up getting my refund and that. So just going for blacked out lights, didnt want to go for angels as seen quite alota local saxos with em in, even though they do look good, Il perfer these ones with the HIDs! ;)

Well just got my new headlights today and got them fitted right away. Im well happy with the way they look and will be even better when the HID's are in. Let me know what you all think! :y:

i really like this car. hopefully getting my new silver vtr this week! start off standard and just do subtle mods like lowered 40mm, cat back stainless exhaust and a few little bits here and there. the more subtle cars in my opinion look better. whats the suspension and ride like with the new set up? is it hard or is it okay?

Head lights are looking good dude. and your car looks really tidy, keep up the good work ;)
