i rarely go 5-10 over the speed limit with good reason! about 2 years ago a mate was killed in balsall common in his ferrari. not sure if he was speeding at the time but he was a proper petrolhead and loved power god bless him!
he was the only victim as a passerby helped his nephew out of the car before it went up in flames but for my mate it was too late!
im not saying he was speeding, all im saying is that cars are bloody lethal wether you can handle them or not! you may have good eyesight but at 11.30 you cant see the drunk fella step out from the bush after a piss or the local scallies on pushbikes without lights which are all VERY likely in a 40 zone!

Where were all you lot when we had a very similar thread the other week with a guy who was doing 96mph in a 60? He wanted to know what his punishment would be. He was on his second licence, had 3 points on his current licence and had been done for driving whilst on his phone. This is a guy who clearly doesn't fucking learn. Either that or he has a total disregard for other road users and the law. Yet in that thread we had replies along the lines of "Unlucky", "Hope you get off", Etc.
