Weather was ok yesterday so i under sealed the boot floor first off i went over the rust with hammerite No 1 rust beater then underseal










Also painted the spare wheel cage and hock

Got sum new presed plates this weak end will get sum pics up of car in the weak also got sum second hand angle eyes of a mate for free will do for now but will get sum new ones over christmas as these have hair line crackes in them

new update brought my self a Auto Glym cleaning kit contains

1 super resin polish

2 clean wheels

3 paint renovator

4 bodywork shampoo cond

5 intensive tar remover

6 car glass polish

7 quick clear screenwash

8 bumper care

9 jumbo wash sponge

10 polishing cloth

Right bad news was driving to work to day it only a 10 min drive and was about 5 mins away from work and the ABS light came on then one minute later the AIR BAG light came on followed buy the battery light jus got to work lol:fcuk:

Turns out to be the alternator so spent 20 minutes taking the old one of to night and orded a new one form euro car parts

The one that came off was only 2 and half years old wot the old owner put on it was only 65 amps so iv got a 95 amp one coming

Right got my new R T X alternator from ECP fOR £80 SPENT tonight fitting it and started the car up and checked to see if it was charging and it was not :wall:

So after a bit more time i have found the bottom pully rubber/seal has worn away so have got new cranshaft pully coming on wensday but im going to keep the new alternator on as is a higher out put one than before as iv got a sound system

oil change paintless dent removal
 

Done a oil change and a fuel filter and cleaned the air filter at the weakend



finely got round to removing the dents that sumone done in tesco car park to the drives side and the passages side was done out side my house :wall:

lol hows life with the 4 inch? i had a 4.5 de-cat when i bought my first vts(came with) and it was a treat lol sunday mornings the locals loved it!!!! Coudnt even park it near my house past 11 had to walk the final stretch lol

6 check every thing else lights etc

good luck with it be ashame to fail with the work you have done. just make sure you take it for a good drive up to the test so it gives the emissions a good chance lol.

It struggled on the emmisions on the carbon monoxide so will have to get a new lamda to see if it sorts it out advice is welcome its got a beand new cat on a the co2 was fine

Got two advisory

N/S/R O/S/R Position lamps slightly discoloured / thay are like new

N/S/F O/S/F tyres worn close to the limit / still have 5mm of tread left on both

Think the mot teaster was being fussy on the advisorys lol

Finally sprayed my center consol and got a vibra tech lower gear box mount















Also got a new lamda sensor

Rear axle problem
 

Iv had my rear axle just over a year and it has started to knock agine and has play up and down in it foned IM axles and they said thay would honour it so iv got to take a trip up to them next saturday for them to take a look at it :wall:

Hi havint updated for a while been a bit busy moved in to my own flat:y:

Took a trip up to im axles in august thay sorted my axle out and i had it lowered abit more as well sits at 50-55mm at the back now:y: alos fitted my gearbox lower bush that weakend aswell
