This was in Birmingham, well known industrial estate called Hams Hall.

The car was stolen earlier in the day time apparently and he managed to outrun the police.

They found the car later burnt out, driver got away.

When I'm driving say to Tamworth I always avoid hams hall for that exact reason, take the country root :)
