MIKE-FORD 9th December 2012 17:22

have had text from new owner who is desprate to get rid of it after a week of owning it, i had p/s driveshaft and wheel bearing fixed but new owner was driving it home to have the drivers side driveshaft and wheel bearing go as driveshaft on there was wrong one or somethin so collapsed coursing damage to car, luckily no one was hurt but have found most work been done to car is bodged, note to self and people, when buyin a modified car with this much work, do check everythin if need be taking a rac inspector with to be safe on what you are buyin.

Cam 9th December 2012 17:52

stevie_m 9th December 2012 18:38

holdawayt 10th December 2012 18:46

Wouldn't worry mate, looks like he's embarrassed because its come to light just how shite the car was. Picking on you as an attempted come back.

It's a real shame because the car pictured above is really, really nice. And I don't normally say that about saxos!

m4tt274 10th December 2012 19:46

doughnuts in a fwd car sounds fun!

Jay_ 10th December 2012 19:51

Brettles1986 10th December 2012 20:59

When it was Posi Blue it was soo much better.

GolfJay 10th December 2012 23:44

Noone can deny that the car got lots of attention many years ago but like most "show cars" but, it hasn't aged well at all.

By the sounds of it, it hasn't been looked after well either.
