I used the front of the battery tray, There was some holes already there. Very fiddly to do though :y:

Cheers dude, its really easy to fit.

I have an OMP subframe which bolts to the bottom of the seat with 4 bolts.

There are 4 bolts which fix the subframe to the car.

The only thing you will have to fiddle with is the harness.

You may also be able to use seat belts with some modification but im sure there is loads of info on here about all that :y:

Thanks, the mounts are really good IMO.

They were quite a tight fit but alot better than powerflex ones.

Love this progress mate! :D coming along nicely.
Cage looks awesome

SGregg 4th February 2015 21:37

Why haven't you mounted the harnesses to the harness bar of the cage?

Never thought about using the cage tbh. Might have to give it a go at some point.

ryza 5th February 2015 20:56

Keep the harnesses where they are mate the bars on the cage are too high. Search on google and type in harness angle and you will see what i mean :)

Looking good. Do you drive the car to track or tow it?

My vts is at a similar stage almost ready for track but I'm not sure how to get it to track in regards to insurance and mot etc
