Tried fitting the manifold today, took us 11 hours haha... long story, but it's on, but exhaust gasket isnt on right so its blowing like a tank :n:

Should be sorted 2moro tho, touch wood.

Gutted, i've heard manifolds are a bastard to fit, what was up with it?

yea i did which took me a good 7 hours tbh... couldnt tap the hole, so ended up taking radiator and fan out to get a drill down there to drill the tap in :homme:, finally did it and got a bolt in which should hold, hopefully..

when i fired it up it woke the street up lol LOUD!!

Heatwrapp started smoking so i got the hose pipe ready in case of fire rofl

lool, it's so cold outside that i rush things... so will get it on ramp when my mechanic comes back off his honeymoon cruise :homme:

Heres a few pictures of the fitting process...
Starting with taking original manifold off, new gasket, finished wrapped manifold, new tap set for oil return hole, then couldnt get tap to work so had to drill it, causing me to take radiator out and fan...

Then the new filter was fitted...

More will be added later... :y:
(still blowing atm :n: )

Looks good man, want to change my mani but cant be assed with the mot agro, also dont want to move oil filter :D
