I went for the K&N. Nothing more to report now till i get them injectors (Monday i think) and my Inlet and all that fitted back to how it was.

Should be running better then it was.

K&N, or a Green panel filter will do the job, I've always put Green in when I've replaced panel filters, just a personal choice

Just to say she is running perfect! :D and onwards. Got my new panel filter today from Kamracing. It had mixed reviews like everything i suppose.. one being the oil on it.

whats wrong with the oil on it?

Said it can upset MAP sensors and the like.. :wacko:

Not that it's phased me, it's on the car and works fine.. i'm happy with it.

Jobs before FCS; New droplinks and change starter motor, good clean throughout and test out Jetseal 109 when it comes! :D

Next month is the month i want to try and get all the paint work sorted pending how busy i am. Alloys refurbed Silver and the cambelt to be done too! (kinda Trax prep)

Cheers dude. Right it turns out it wasnt my droplinks (going to say they wernt cheap!) it was the metal ring on the strut what screws the damper secure in the strut. I couldnt believe how much play that wheel had. So no more knock! Anyway i plan to change the wishbone rear bushs and centre ones with Vibra and powerflex next month and thats the car 100% with uprated bushes. :D





Bodyshop Monday for quotes then find the time i can chuck it in.

Bought some new stuff for the car and that will go on for FCS next weekend! will check the car over for swirls and attack them with a DA

Main jobs tommorow are the engine bay, interior and exterior but today i tackled the 4 arches and repainted the struts. waxed the arches too. yes i did. should be ready for FCS.





Front engine side isnt perfect. Needs moar cleaning but a daily pulling miles in quick ish it aint bad looking..



Edges have abit of flakey ness so that will be sorted next week.

Right im 19 miles from FCS :homme: nice quiet hotel. Not too dirty it got washed at 20 past 8 this morning. Few flies etc

Just to update.

Bodyshop on the 14th to get the dent, scrape and another mark sorted for Trax.

Ordering the wishbone bushes this week aswell.

You need some fucking axel stands. One day that jack is going to blow a seal and you are going to loose your legs or worse.

I have 4 Silverline axel stands dude. ;)

In the shed in the garden which i dont have the keys to. pmsl.

Use them, Seen far too many jacks fail and think thank fuck I used them.

Also its about time with the dents it must be at least 3-4 months since you sent me pics lol.

yeah i know ha ha! Just lazyness on my behalf but i cant put up with them anymore. Looking at them daily wont remove so it needs do be done! its a shame aswell because when i bought it, it was dent less, scratchless etc. Shit happens. :(
