They really improved the asphalt. Quite some bits of new stuff.
And they removed the idiotic fake grass stuff before Höhe Acht.

Here's an onboard video:

Properly cleaned the car today and waxed it.

Also put the mandatory Ringsticker on.

Martijn_M 11th June 2013 11:14

New MOT now aswell.
Also fitted Peugeot Sport wishbone bushes and put a new OMP lower brace on.

AlexB 11th June 2013 11:41

Looking good mate

Martijn_M 16th July 2013 14:08

Thanx! Now you've seen it in person aswell. :P

Fitted some Peugeot Sport Group N rear shocks last saturday before going to the 'Ring. Didn't think the difference would be this big. Less understeer and car feels more planted in turns.

Some random photo:

Next up is a trip to Italy. Which will be a 14 hour long highway horror drive. Probably very comfy with a Pugsport, buckets and Peugeot Sport shocks. But the passes are totally worth it. :)

VeiRoN 16th July 2013 14:15

Where are you going in Italy? Stelvio Pass?

Martijn_M 16th July 2013 14:21

We're going to a village near Savona. Not passing the Stelvio. It takes about 3/4 hours more to get there. Trip is long enough already. :P

Drove to Italy yesterday. Was bloody hot with around 30 degrees everywhere. Was a long 14-hour drive. Was bloody tired when we arrived but totally worth it. :)

Yesterday night in Monaco:

And then on the way back to Italy we found a nice tunnel.

Martijn_M 26th August 2013 20:13

Week ago came back from Italy. Car didn't miss a beat. No oil/coolant consumption whatsoever. Was a bumpy ride with the new Peugeot Sport shocks and buckets but not to bad really! Felt more comfortable then with stock suspension and seats.

Night after i got back home they stole the licenseplates of my car so had to buy new ones, still not fitted them as i've worked 100 hours last week.

Sophia_Bush 26th August 2013 20:31

still looking good that, very clean as always mate

Xsi16v_Jk 26th August 2013 20:53

very smart mate. may even consider steels on mine now :)

Martijn_M 18th October 2013 00:36

You should!

Picked up my winterwheels.

Hubcaps need some paint other then that good to go.

Giraffe 18th October 2013 09:20

Ahhh I do like this car. Seems to be a fair few Rallyes popping up on here lately as well, it's making me itchy. Glad to see you're still around as well Martijn!

Martijn_M 3rd January 2014 11:05

Decent photo with the winterwheels on. Also some new plates as they got stolen.

Plans for this year:
- Some 15" wheels with decent tyres
- OMP Cage
- Cams?

Martijn_M 22nd February 2016 20:45

This needs an update. This is from jan 2014 onwards.

Sorted the brakes.

Got myself new wheels

Rear door cards

Some bushes (+ Baker BM Group N Engine Mounts)

Bought track wheels with Semi's

With the Compomotive MO5's on.

Hub spacer

Random meet photo

Nürburgring

Fucked my lower brace, had to replace it.

Another Ring trip

New springs + rear axle. Slightly lower.

Banded steels (7J) with winter tires

Got rear ended, new boot.

Probably forgot a lot. Plans are to add a cage, change the catchcan i have now, different exhaust and enjoy it :D
