thats happened to me a few times. i always check them myself now. the last time i specifically said to my mate is that wheel tight to which he said of course do you think i'm stupid. 10 miles later at 70mph the steering wheel was having a fit. another time it was a garage that didn't bother to tighten them. ended up with only 1 wheel nut left to hold the wheel on

if im correct in saying the MOT on the mainland can be done in local garage in NI there are testing centers

and unlike Mainland UK over here we have the standard checks plus this to deal with.

Hazard warning lamps and dashboard information lights
headlamp main beam and high intensity discharge headlamps
washing and levelling system
electrical socket for trailers
steering, suspension, brake and transmission dust covers/gaiters
steering wheel locking mechanism
electronic power steering and malfunction indicator lamp
steering and brake fluid levels
electronic parking brake and electronic braking systems malfunction indicator lamp
electronic stability control system
additional braking devices
tyre pressure monitoring systems
supplementary restraint systems
driver’s seat adjustment mechanism
tow-bar assembly
emission control systems, an increase of brake efficiency for cars first used on or after December 31, 2011 (from 50% to 58%).

everytime i start it and give it the slightest rev the car sounds like its about to cut out then it goes back to normal. it only does it when you first touch the accelerater pedal if i turn the car on and leave it the car sounds fine but when i touch the pedal it sounds like its about to die

The motor is looking good mate, not to sure on the alloys and the stickers coming off will make it look so much better imo.

What your explaining sounds like the icv might need a clean. Mine done the same so I cleaned the icv and all sorted now :y:

Congratulations on your driving test bud (Your dad told me earlier :D)

Your horn thingie should have instructions on how to wire up the relay, attach it it straight onto the origional wires using blade connectors.
