i'm sure they'll be convicting the driver when the times appropriate. can't bang someone up fresh out of hospital can you? (or can you?)

such a shame, only just seen the thread (no idea how) and, likewise, am utterly disgusted at the british media and their spin on the news. makes me sick

condolences go out to family and friends, must just be sinking in now :(

RIP

"suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving"
im sorry, isnt there enough evidence already for it to be FACTUAL! rather than make it sound like, hmm well its only a possibility!
i remeber reading somehwere he was doing excess off 100mph.
even if it was an pure accident, the driver was in the wrong and took the life of a decent guy!

death by dangerous driving has a penalty of 3-11 points
speeding can be 3-12!
are punishment scheme is pathetic!

i tell you what Japman, there isnt a day that goes by that i havnt seen this post on the "new post" section!
so you know that, we are all still thinking of you! and im sure the guys at FCS this year will do you proud!
(the lap of remembrance is still going on right?)

im sure your sat up there kickin back!

rest in peace!

leeroybrown 7th June 2010 11:31

If they put that he was driving dangerously then they're accusing him of something that he hasn't been proven to have done. It's convention to put down accused as it stops them getting sued. He'll almost certainly be found guilty but until then he's only "under suspicion)

Amazing that it's been four months. I won't be at French Car Show but I'll think of him Sunday

but imo, i dont think we should have to be so soft on people.
they are in the wrong, so dont beat around the bush be straight about it!
spesh if the evidence is there!

but im not going to start getting shitty in a thread thats meant to be showing a sign of respect to gav.
but i think we all know what i mean!
