A club member has measured the Small needle LED on the print, this is what I got as data:

Seems to be pretty much familiar with the 1206 smd led?

Can someone tell me what i've done wrong or if i soldered on the wrong led's?

From the pictures you can see that the inner 3 of the speedo and the rev counter are not as bright as the others are.
there are each 5 leds for the speedo and the rev counter, 2 in a row -> 282 ohm and 3 in a row -> 201 ohm.
When i put a cable on the plus und minus of one of the leds, the other 2 shine as bright as all the others.
Tried different resistors, 201, 181, 151, 131, 90, 75 nothing changes.

So someone please tell me how to fix it ;)

It looks like You are running the same smd's to run them 3 in parallel. But you need to use altered value smd's to give a equal lumens. This is why I buy kits rather than eBay bulk.

I've bought them from a local store, 25pcs for about 3 euro.

can you explain what altered value means? do you mean a differrent resistance of the led itself?
If yes how do i know the resistance i need, because on the leds i bought theres no ohm figure on it, everything i know about them is the 3th picture.

The guide tells you that you need 16 leds, but nothing there tells you that you need different types.
And i'm pretty sure that those 3 are seriell and not paralell otherwise i would have just shortcircuited my dash.
So anyone?
