Judging by this

It was not 30mph, estimated was anything from 80 - 120mph

Similar thing happend to one of my friends, he was in a car crash, in a c2 gt, 5 people in the car only the 1 one come out walking (the driver) 3 killed, and one paralized.

He was doing about 120mph and went into a tree. was on drugs + over the limit.. drinking..

Hes had 10 years prison and 12 years driving ban!!

Imo shouldnt be allowed to drive again!!

Hope Nathan gets a similar sentance!!

R.I.P Gav..

hope the 12 year ban only starts after hes relised from prison!

Should be able to find out in Jan what he will be given.

Cammy 23rd December 2010 14:47

In all this time ive been looking at this thread scince the day it began, i never really commented - i never really knew him, and i know this thread gets brung up every week for people still to pay their respects to someone who was well known and truely appreciated.

Thats the first picture i have seen from this thread of what happened, and it really does make your spectical of what really happened prior to the devistation thats still causing allot of people pain

Its remarkable the guy managed to keep him alive for 10-12 minuets, this guy played a role in what could have saved his life, but he wouldnt needed it if the driver wasnt imcompetant - and i do hope justice is served

R.I.P Japman

RIP mate

millerblud 26th December 2010 11:10

Never knew gav or spoke to him but from sounds of it he was a really popular guy on here :(

I know how it is to suddenly loose someone that quickly, mate of mine died in a building accident back in october :( was soo sad and roughly the same age as gav! Was keen on his car lots to! A memorial cruise was organised and nearly 200 cars attended, just shows how everyone rallys round after hearing tragic news! Like with my mate, I hope justice is followed up on this!!!

Moke 26th December 2010 13:08

fossie 26th December 2010 13:59

R.I.P dude...

Tbh i hope the fucker sticks to his not guilty plea, then when the hammer falls when he is found guilty the twat will get the sentence he deserves........ the likelyhood is if he did enter a guilty plea then the sentence he would get would more than likely be fook all...........

The joker doesnt know what he is letting himself in for

leeroybrown 9th January 2011 11:56

Gavin's Court Case will be on 17th,18th,19th January at Swansea Crown Court . Nathan James Morris is charged with causing death by dangerous driving which he has pleaded Not Guilty too . The court is open to the public if anyone wants to go.

Aly 9th January 2011 12:07

Lee what is the difference in sentencing if he keeps his Plea as Not Guilty and is found guilty?

haz_pro 9th January 2011 12:45

Probably been said but how on earth would he not be found guilty. If he isn't I really am in aw at our shocking justice system(already am to be honest).
