hey dude, nice looking car! Works well and with some nice mods.

points of criticism (like you give a shit ;) ) would be the poant job on the rocker - looks like there is still rust on the left face. Next time get some nitromors and strip in back to the bare metal :)

Keep the mods coming - not a fan of open kits but the it does look very smart! :y:

I got the exact same rear lights:y: when people say lexus peopel say ew but they dont look bad imo,i think the white lexus lights look horrible, but the black ones they just look tinted from a distance..my black angels are getting fitted tonight by my mate at his garage so ill have it back tomo night,,then pics will be up either tomo night or weds after a clean if the weather is okay:)

BLACK-VTR 6th July 2009 20:55

yeah its personal prefrence i guess i rekon black lexus or smoked jewels would go with any black car really. Im gonna try some silicone sealent on the gasket to keep the water out see if that works.

saxoaee 6th July 2009 21:24

those black lexus lights dont look bad at all better than the chrome tatty things most saxos around here have

BLACK-VTR 6th July 2009 22:01

yeah the chrome ones are really dire tacky chavvy crap. Black ones are alot better.

Thanx for the comment, Im not sure yet about debadging the front because i dont like how all the mesh grills have a little raised nipple bit on the top where the badge used to be lol, might just get it deslatted and meshed instead.

Just read through this thread cars looking really nice and clean, interior looks so comfy too, I'm used to a twisted spine after 2 miles in my Mk1 VTR.

Have you though about spraying bumper plastics black to match rest of bumpers, seen a couple on here and they look real nice, you just mentioned earlier you were sick of spraying the grill thats all, and it's a ball ache keeping plastics black on bumpers all time.

Good work though dude

wilddevil 1st September 2009 23:44

i like your alloy wheels!:y:
Then, the black saxo is always beautiful!:bump:

yeah i have considered it but im not sure if i can be bothered yet lol id have to take it to a body shop for something big like that. Although i do kind of like the contrast of the unpainted bumper against the black aswell. does look nice though painted.

thanx for comments.
