BMK 1st July 2006 13:55

Long time no seen, so a little update....

Got myself some new brakes, National sports grooved brakediscs with EBC greenstuff pads..

First sprayed the callipers, i don't like screamy colours like red and tuningblue on my car so I went for antracite metallic..

I didn't like the green colour of the pads to so i painted them black...

The rear disc and pads where totaly worn out, there was just 3mm left on the pads and the discs really looked bad...

Here some pics of the old and the new discs... seek the differences...:zainy:

The front discs and pads where in good shape so i'll keep them as reserve..
The new discs are ventilated and the old ones where not so teh new ones were much thicker and just barely fitted between the callipers...

Here some pics of the brakes on the car.. a big improvement if i may say so myself..

finaly some pics with the wheels back on...

Also got my National sports clutch kit... hopefully getting it on the sax this week...

And got myself a Citroën Sports gear knob...

The rims are high polished silver...

BMK 16th October 2006 11:50

Damn, damaged one of my wheels... :wall:

Have them for a year now and never damaged them, but i felt sick and didn't sleep for a few nights and payed a visit to the doctor..
I wasnt really clear in my head and didn't pay attention and parked it against the kerb..:wall:

dannyjay 16th October 2006 11:54

Nasty!!

SteVTR 16th October 2006 11:56

very nasty mate nothing worse that curbing an immaculate wheel

Dan 16th October 2006 13:02

Nightmare matey, could be a chance to get them refurbed in a different colour.;)

JamieB 16th October 2006 13:11

is one of the worst things kurbing your wheels, spend time keeping them clean and making sure you stay well away from the kurb, just to hear the scrap! goes right through you. as dan said, might be a chance to get them refurbished and sprayed a different colour???

Didz 16th October 2006 13:14

looks so nice, love the colour an the interior is gorgeous!

BMK 17th December 2006 10:24

Long time no seen...

Got myself a Cadamuro rearbumper to fit with the front bumper..
It needs a bit of work and i wan't to make some changes to it..

Made a photoshop of what I wan't it to look like, also wan't to clean the trunk..
Don't pay attention to the spoiler, that's not my taste but it was on the demopic..;) I want a Cadamuro spoiler on my sax..

Also have some work to do on the fontbumper, it has some damage..
Have hit it a few times...

Looks like this now:

Will get rid of the lumps under the fogs and make the grille bigger, like this:

Having some doubts to get rid of the fogs to, but i'm not to sure about that..

Also got myself new -55mm loweringkit from KW complete, now it's realy a cart...:p

Luke 17th December 2006 10:35

Just read through the whole thread and it looks gorgeous mate.

I own the same colour of car and seeing yours makes me want to get smoked lights all round, colour code and tints.

Keep us updated.

R4T 17th December 2006 11:38

that is 1 luvvly car mate keep up the good work

Saxy1 17th December 2006 11:52

really nice car mate looks good !!!!!

hesslevtr 17th December 2006 12:14

now then mate hows things

just read you kurbed your wheel that looks nasty

i think you should take the fogs out and go for the smooth look

not sure on the tints though

think you should lose the tints get alloy centres done dark and get that lowering kit fitted

and it will be done
