whats the best way of putting these on, just using the stick backs or use some kinda glue???

just clean the surface/degrease it and dry it, and then use the sticky back to replace your old one!

Pred hows the colour of the icelandic ones compared to the car?

Theyre absolutely fine to stick on using the sticky adhesive backing that they already have, but if you want to add any extra adhesive it wouldnt hurt.
