Well, don't you get that Club Lap of Honour around the track due to being Club of the Year or something? You could dedicate that to him, as you will be the only guys on the track.

Only met you once Gavvers, but you've always been a right laugh and a decent lad. Always had a lot of time for you... Can't believe it... RIP mate.

Finally got through to Gav's mate Matthew.

Its seems Gav was going to look at a Rallye with 2 of his mates. He went out with the owner to test drive the car as a passenger, some how the passenger has lost control and hit a parked car directly on Gav's side. The impact that intense its talking Gav's life instantly. The driver has only recently passed away.

RIP such a shame at a young age

Really shocked, only just seen this. Had many a chat with Gav about the civics, and has always been a sound guy.

Had a look elsewhere and appears this is the rallye he went to look at, sounds like it had a broken rear shock which may have somewhat lead to the incident :(
