i love the look of the red in the bay! but you do need to remove that cold air pump it looks so ugly in the engine bay!

Ive thought about getting a egr blanking plate but ive heard that your cold starts on the morning are rough as fuck untill it warms up a bit, not sure how true it is though. Thanx for the comments though mate. :y::y:

Removing the fresh air pump makes no difference to cold starts mate. Junk it. :y:

Washed and waxed the sax last week and took a few snaps as i havnt done any for a while, nothing new to show just some nice clean paint!!

Got a nice little update on my thread tonight.

Firstly i finally got round to machine polishing my sax after having my new da6 pro kit for around a month now!! I have used it on spare panels and a mates car so i knew how to use it and im quite happy with the results actually. There is still more refining to be done as i only spent a day on it last week but the majority of the swirls are removed and the paint is looking fresher than ever!! Heres a few pics i took, not the best as the light was fading and the camera was shit!























Look at that fucking clay!!!!! I was shocked as i only clayed it 6mnths ago!!



A little snap of my new momo team steering wheel, its the 280mm one and now im used to it its ok but was mental at first because its so small!:P



Now for the best bit, i recently bought maddisonvts's nitrous kit off him so heres a few pics of the kit when i first got it. The bottle has been stripped down as it was blue but the paint was fucked so im doing it black atm. It is all fitted in my car now with all new lines and a new won 11lb bottle bracket and new this that and the other. Fuck me won is expensive and so is nos, £45 to fill it up last week. I will upload the latest pics of it soon all fitted but here is the old ones for now.

Just collected my sax today from Manic Motors after getting Chris to do my wiring up on my nos kit for me ( Thanx mate, top job once again and great service! ) so its all ready to go tomorow after checking things over and doing a static test etc. Cant fucking wait to have a blast now its taken a while to get it all sorted out and new parts and things. I will be uploading pics of it all tomorow ngt for you all. Pretty happy with my handy work installing the kit as ive never done it before, but id say it looks well!!

Thanks alot mate, should be a pretty nippy one to after tomorow!! I would say at the moment its running around 130 bhp but not after i slap in my 50bhp jets in my nos kit!!! Going to get it rolling roaded with and without nos soon so i know for sure. :drink:

Finally it is all set up properly and im now officially running nitrous oxide in my saxo!!!! I must say even just the jetting for 25bhp like im running at the moment is definatly not to be ignored, through 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears it just pulls and pulls!! I will easily be addicted to nitrous very very soon i can tell you (as if im not already!!) The £45 to fill my 11lb tank is going to cripple my finances not to mention the £1.45 a ltr for 97 ron petrol but fuck it its mint and i love it!! Here are the pics that ive just taken of my install as promised. Let me know what you think. :y:

Cheers Andy yeh im loving the nos, just instaled the 50bhp jets tonight and fuck me it fast now!! Must be running around the 180bhp mark and the pick up is amazing to say the least!! Im not going any higher now though as a progressive controler is a bit too expensive ontop of the money ive spent on it todate. Would love a spin in yours when its up and running, i keep checking your thread for up dates, hope it goes nice and smooth for you from now on mate.

Just taken delivery of my new won bottle heater and pressure guage yesterday, couldnt wait so i fitted it all last night at work!! What a difference the right 950 psi makes to performance. I have dropped back down to 25bhp jetting for testing purposes but id say that my car is making around 155bhp on nitrous and it really goes well!!! I love the noise on gas!!
Anyway i will upload some pics later on if i have time

Cheers mate, i got them from dnn signs but im not sure if they are still going tbh. I know there is a bloke on e-bay doing some quality carbon look ones that you can request what you like, i think he was on here recently too.
