i am still unsure what it will make. im hoping for around 160-170. it made that 145 on the standard inlet cast manifold and shitty standard stainless system. im hoping that with the bodies and 2" system and decent 4-2-1 with standalone ecu i will be able to up the power and make the most out of the ported head. i feel that it was restricted alot when i had it on rollers last.

i think anything more i may have to start looking into internals.

my mate rebuilt the same engine with standard internals mild cams and ported head. using the same r1bodies it made 175.

Tontsy 10th May 2011 23:17

fucking looking large man!

i hope you take it somewhere decent to be put on the rollers!

i wouldnt touch jefferies personally, they are known for being abit generous with their figures.
and i know a few guys who had their motors in there, and im talking 600bhp evos, and they have forgotten to do this or that and its gone bang!

i know some of the guys at AP motors, but again, just dont trust their standards of work!

there is a guy over in saltash, with a rolling road in his house garage.
or
FCM motorsport in bristol - if you dont mind the trip, its worth it!

saxostuart 10th May 2011 23:47
