Josh looking good just a couple of questions,
how come your crownwheel is welded onto diff?, not the correct way to do it as i found out the other year at Llandow!! who fitted that to diff in that way?

did you not consider ditching servo and going for pedal box? or at least going for braided hoses and an in car bias valve?

how come carpet is still in there? thought this was a track car?? lol

It was welded by GMC, we cut it off and did it the normal way changing the FD to a 1.4xsi in the process - however that shat itself at the ring last year & punched a hole through the gearbox casing in the process, so weve gone back to GMC's style and welded it on this year as we had no problems with it like that before

I like how tidy the standard brake & fuel lines are, the standard fuel lines are enough to supply 220+ bhp so I dont see the need to change them, I especially dont like the brake lines through the car - although I would like to incorporate a bias valve into the standard set up some time in the future

Carpet - ill probably always keep in, hated driving my brothers to Llandow SO much about 5 years ago i think its scared me lol

This is absolutely amazing! The best car on here by far (IMO) I love the fact that everything has been done to such a high standard and your going to hammer it round a track! Hate seeing projects like this then see them say around and polished. Can't wait too see the engine in now!

scottie_436 3rd July 2012 22:08

Mk1 don't! Mk1 Saxo are the best Saxo.

harry289 4th July 2012 12:20

I'd have a mk1 if there was a decent one out there!
