And the fucking insurance, what cunts, makes you realise there really is no point having it as it's not worth the paper it's written on! :wall:

mrtomc2 25th May 2010 23:12

i cant begin to imagine how you feel now

dav0506 26th May 2010 22:14

Gutted for you, looked an insane c2. Insurance companies are fucking twats.

C2V6 21st September 2010 21:00

As some of you already know after the brutal ending of the original v6 and v12 C2 in the garage fire iv set off building v12 again from scratch!!!

Iv already got the new c2 shell another cat c crash damaged 1.4 furio which I have managed to sell the interior and engine from.

The only part I managed to salvage from the original build was the rear half of the cage/engine cradle. This will save me 3 weeks fabrication work on building it.

So the story continues and I'll let the pictures do the talking.

As you can see its coming along nicely.
Its just about ready for the second motor to be dropped in now.

You sir, are an inspiration!
to get the first one up to that insane standard, to get knocked all the way back down.
and then to come back and do it all again!!!
Hats off to you! :)

MikeYost 21st September 2010 21:50

First time I have seen this thread, thought your old car was amazing, completely gutted when I read about the fire.

Fair play for starting again, this one will be even better than the last!

Best of luck with the project. One day many years in the future you will think back about just how amazing the car is especially after losing the first. Im shure you will make something even better
