im thinking of doing the same with my car how long has it taken you too get too the stage that your at now?

Lewis 20th January 2010 23:14

I could have been at this stage within a week, but as ive no income due to student life, its taken about 2 months. Although, i havnt updated the progress thread in a while and ive got lots of parts in the shed to go on so soon it will be quite different. Its mainly a labour of love :)

Lewis 24th January 2010 14:15

Big update for me today, ive finally got my new VTS wheels on, ive also painted my calipers and drums red, some big ass Citroen mudflaps and the subwoofer is all working and installed. Throw a bucket of water over it and here you go, enjoy.

Cheers

looking good bud, have you ground the arch off at the back?

Lewis 25th January 2010 21:36

Cheers mate, me and dankzy both filed of some of the lip and hammerited the surface but i dont know if its enough. Im putting my VT kit on it soon so the arches are getting cut soon anyway.

I put 2 screws on the wheel arch lip, as long as they are tight they wont come off.
