Schmitt modern lines are the way forward, they are like the wheels on the white car but the spokes curve towards the outside of the rim the cut back in, hard to describe, but they are the best one piece euro wheel imo.

Google search them and they come up on the images...

Agreed with Nicole....no offence to people with banded steel wheels but imo it looks like you ran out of money and couldnt afford nice rims lol.

Looks like?

Nicole, if you are able to drop the front 20mm physics states than the exhaust will scrape less ;)

nicole_ 25th June 2010 14:46

dont like those wheels either, like xsi wheels blown up a bit :p
and bick, you are right lol..cus itll be level rather than bottom down :D duhhh
really want to get it down soon, does look funny now
and the drivers sides 10mm higher at the back but no-ones noticed :p

Bickerton 25th June 2010 14:47

What suspension you got on the front?

nicole_ 25th June 2010 15:06

well its looking pretty standard like lol, 60mm springs but thats all but think theyve been on a while as its pretty low compared to bens which is 60 at front too.
ben was talking about making some coilovers but i dunno

Bickerton 25th June 2010 15:11

Can't really go wrong with the GAZ gha coilover kits, seem to be available for about £250-£300 if you keep an eye on 106oc for group buys etc

Tom_Crx 25th June 2010 15:15

Tbh nicole, i think it would be a shame to change the wheels, they really suit the car and maybe when its abit lower and even put some spacers on, they will fill the arches more and look perfect

nicole_ 25th June 2010 15:18

yeh was thinking gaz ones, got more important things to get first so will shop about for coilies.
no way im putting anymore spacers on it,
ive got 20mm on the front and 35mm custom ones on the back, i dont trust the 35mm ones as it is lol!
borbets are just done to death now, i only put them on as i didnt have anything else. ive got two options for wheels now but its a secret :D dont want anyone copying

garner90 25th June 2010 16:33

Why don't you do what you was originally going to do with each wheel a different colour?

geordie_alex 25th June 2010 16:58

What about a set of gotti's, you would be really differnt then...

fastroadkid69 26th June 2010 00:11

i like it has it is nicole, it looks belting already, but i no wot you mean with there being lots of borbet about nowdays.

5AMBO 27th June 2010 18:05

i think it looks great on the wheels you already have to be honest. not so sure on the red badge tho.

Lew_C 27th June 2010 18:08

Liams1 29th June 2010 08:33

The larger size modern lines do that yea 16" and above
I'm pretty sure that White saxo is on 15" ones and the spokes run straight on them

Yea the modern lines are different to the ones on the other white saxo, there looks like there is less of a dish but they actually are wider than the origonals.

i think this car is one of the nicest about.. keep it has it is, well maybe lower front a bit more but looks sweet in all white and i like the red badge

yea the larger sized modern lines are like that in your link

but that white saxo is on modernlines the smaller sized ones differ to the larger ones

like that

tbh i think its more to do with the offset and the angle of the spokes but the diameter seems to be the largest influence in what ive seen
14" ones allmost look flat across the spokes

nicole_ 29th June 2010 10:00

well whatever they are, theyre fugly wheels :D
and cheers guys, i know what wheels will replace them but wont be for a while and theyre very different :)

Caino 29th June 2010 10:01

oh what are they ? tell :P
