Thanks mate, still miss it now :( after it being smashed up he did buy me another car though I've just been to lazy to make a new thread but here's a few pictures:

It's a mk1 vtr with a mk2 front end and 98bhp engine, came with cream vts wheels, magnex backbox, strut brace, hids, smoothed over aerial and chalkboard roof plus lowered around 50mm

So far I've done the following:
- Smoked jewels
- 4-2-1 manifold
- De-cat
- Straight through centre
- Carbon effect induction kit (not fitted yet)

I looked at buying that car but was a bit far away really!! Really like it, but if im honest I prefered the mk1 front end!

Get the headlights smoked and some chevrons on the front will make it look loads better! :y:

I agree, it looked really nice with the mk1 front end, but he'd already changed it and I needed a car :) I'm definitely smoking the headlights (when I can be bothered) and im not sure what to do with the grille yet as I've got a dimma from my other one but I'm considering meshing this one, colour coding it and putting cream chevrons on it

Did he not give you the mk1 from end with the car, as I remember he advertised the car with both didn't he?

Glad to hear the plans of sorting the lights and grill though, I think the cream chevrons sound good :y:

Nope, no other front end. Will look 100x better when the headlights are done though. It also has crappy miss match interior lol

Simon0014 7th January 2012 17:14

Oh ok, yeah I agree once they are tinted will look a hello of a lot better!! Oh does it? badtimes! Well you're quite far away but I have a mate near me selling some airbagged gti leathers dirt cheap, so may be worth the trip down south ;) They are in very good condition.

tingaling 7th January 2012 17:17

Bit too far lol :) I can live with it for now tbh
