UPDATES:

Big rush to get ready for BHP show today.

Got the car back from the body shop on friday,

then saturday i went to Powerspeed to get a full hidden stainless steel exhaust system made.

Sunday I then put the rear bumper on, Put my freshly painted Schmidt Modern Lines on and gave it a good clean inside and out.

i think ill let the pics do the talking.

Theres a couple of things here and there that need tidying up ready for FCS, but other than that i absoloutely love the look of it now.

Comments Welcome

that looks amazing :y:

Looks fucking epic! The Schmidts sit perfect man!

In my eyes the only things I'd change is smoked standard headlights and get a standard spoiler on there but that hardly matters, I still love it!

headlights are staying, i dont want to follow the typical Euro scene. and if i was to put a spoiler on it would be a Black MK1 spoiler and i dont know if it would suit the car.

early morning update.

I got my wellers back from being banded last Friday, and I'm really pleased with how they've turned out:

and as my car is in the body shop getting ready for BHP Show, I managed to get VT_Kris round to let me test fit my wheels on his car. bare in mind that his car isn't lowered yet.

Turns out I need a t least a 5mm spacer to clear the brakes.

I also started work on my new dust caps.

the picture quality is crap but let me know what you think anyway

For close up photos, trying using the Macro setting usually a picture of a flower or something. If your camera has it. Car looks lovely mate, you're spending alot of time getting it right and thats good, cutting no corners (just cutting boot lids up hehe :p), the way you are able to fanny about with it in a shed/garage etc makes me jealous, kind of ideas i had with mine, but all mine has done is drain my bank balance for the wrong reasons. :wall:

Good luck with it sir!

Thanks, I'm trying to make it as clean as possible, there's just a couple of tiny bits that need tidying up. And as for the camera it's an iPhone so it's shit quality, I am hoping for a decent camera off the parents for my birthday.

Thanks mate I'm relieved that everyone likes it. I was quite amazed at how many people were taking pictures of it at the show today.
