He was happy after that then! lol

Ita such a shame Gav has gone, but today shows how Saxp members can all pull together...despite any previous differences.

dannygti 18th February 2010 18:15

RIP gav.

R.I.P Mate...

James 18th February 2010 18:36

Just thought I'd log in to pay my respects, only met Gav once but he was always nice.. always smiling. Such a shame that a young life is wasted, it's clearly effected thousands of people but as they say 'The good'uns go first.'

Condolences go out to his family and of course friends.

R.I.P Buddy

R.I.P Gav, only met you a couple of times, both of which were a pleasure and a laugh.

Take care buddy, and we'll meet you on the other side one day.

mattchewone 18th February 2010 19:03

Just want to say R.I.P

Thoughts are with your family & friends.

Mattymcn 18th February 2010 19:07

I have had a thought as a mark of respect to gav at parade lap on fcs,

Drape a welsh flag on peoples bonnet with a message on the flag rip gav/japman,
I think this would be a massive send off by his car club, friends, and family, truely a mark of loyality and a show of being one big caring family,

I would certainly do this,

Anything been set up to do a collection for a wreath?

Mattymcn 18th February 2010 19:07

Again RIP gav truely a legend

i feel deeply saddened that someone in our car enthusiast community has passed away so i feel i must post.

rest in peace gav. you will be missed

MikeCracknell 18th February 2010 19:28

I have had another look through all the photos I took at that piss up, and can't find anymore of him - if you want the full sized ones for any use, let me know, and I'll find a way of uploading them.

Having seen the photos, I now remember clearly who he was, and it is upsetting now to say the least.

Thoughts again to the close family and friends

Mike

Matt 18th February 2010 19:31

I think your idea of draping a welsh flag across the bonnets of peoples cars is a quality idea

parade lap dedicated to him sounds a good idea, maybe make up some banners too?

Meto 18th February 2010 19:53
