need to drop weight quick (supplements??)

right i applied for the raf passed everything medical came... they did my height-weight ratio on that stupid flow chart and i am classed as OBESE! wtfffffffffffffff

IM 6ft dead
15stone
slight bit of a belly at the mo but nothing bad

when i was fitest last year doing thai boxing ripped the lot i was still 14.5 as im naturally big not fat just a good enviable size tbh

i got told to drop a 7 kgs from 100 down to 93 EVEN IF I DO THAT im classed as OVERWEIGHT wtf proper PISHED OFF at how old fashioned that chart is its not scientific its data related to which ever individuals it did it on.

anyhow im doing good runs and football but wanna lose abit quick do supplements work like fat burning tablets wentto H H an got told to use this

http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...il.asp?pid=861

for 24.55 it burns fat but NOT muscle blabla and speeds things up. what you rekon?

ta

take an exercise bike into the sauna... watch it pish out of you.

fat burners are crap, they make you really weak like a leaf. I'd just keep on the runs and maybe start skipping.

im 16st at 5'11" and im not muthafuckin obese

Have sex more.

Ryan 5th June 2008 00:49

DO NOT USE FAT STRIPPERS!!!! they can cause long term liver damage.

you cant shift weight uber fast really, unless you take laxatives which isnt adviseable lol.

just get to the gym bang out lots of cardio and if needebe not do much lifting for a while.

those charts are bollocks tbh, surprised the RAF are using such an out of date system

EH_Fella 5th June 2008 12:32

Change your diet - not sure if 'cutting' would speed things up; bodybuilders do it to strip away excess fat and leave them lean and ripped. Have a look on abcbodybuilding.com.

kcsaxo 5th June 2008 15:36

drink green tea and use tons of black pepper when eating meals, natural fat burners.

Barry123 5th June 2008 15:37

already have a good run. its like a 3odd mile runn but its on gravel with pop holes hills its really demanding 20mins straight running at moderate to mod high rate... 5 aside wednesdays but the weight isnt really coming off

as said my diet is already above normal in regards to salads not much carbs and no fry ups or take aways maybe a pizza once a week.

was just looking for something to speed it up that was all

Haven't seen that in this topic mate. Did you look into cutting?

FRATEone 5th June 2008 19:16

Don't tone up and loose muscle as muscle weighs three times more as fat as i've been told blah blah blah...

Tim_1 5th June 2008 19:50

im 6ft and 14.5 stone

i have less than 14% body fat, i told the medical staff at OASC t fuck off when they said i was overweight, them seemed to get the picture.

Danhunt 5th June 2008 19:53

Im 6"2 and 14 stone and ive got about 13% body fat.

Muscle ftw

Hanuman 5th June 2008 20:00

im just gonna keep doing my training go back to them, tell them what iv done and what my ideal weight is, and theres nout more they can do about that considering they are going off an out of date unscientific chart. n see if they get the pic

Hanuman 5th June 2008 20:01

if worst comes to worst and they wouldnt pass me medically ill get super fit be like 14.5 stone, be called obese... go to the papers and court and claim a big fat paycheque and compo as i would be traumatised for life lol

fast-boy 5th June 2008 20:09

im 5ft 11" and weigh just under 11 stone,
