How to not make saxo look chavvy....
 

I have just bought my first car four days ago being a saxo vtr :P and i love the hell outta it.
I have about £1000 to do it up in january, was just hoping for some suggestions on how to modify a saxo without it looking chavvy, i want to get it lowered and a couple of other mods but not sure on what mods to do.
help haha.

just have a look through peoples progress threads mate and put your own style on it if you like how it looks then thats all that realy matters

if u leave it totally standard then no one can call u chavvy. but no matter what u do to it someone will call u a chav.
as above just do what u want to it long as u like it thats al that matters

Subtle is your friend.

Lower like 40mm all around, spray standard vtr alloys, keep the paint and body work in good condition, nice small tail pipe exhaust system. Smoked lights etc.

Also try find a colour theme for your car ;)

most cars get called chavvy if they have an ott body kit.

yeah you can look like every other car on sax-p that way.

do whatever you want mate if you like it thats all that matters.

+1 don't let anyone tell you what to do and if they think it's shit then don't listen because it's not their car

Only chavs call people chavs. As long as you like it, who cares. I have a raised bonnet and people always tell me it looks shit. I don't really care what others think about my car, its what you think looks good. May i just add though that cheap lexus lights are a no go.

That's what modifyin's all about! Sure you can stick to the norm but.. For example.. I recently put up a thread asking about Cherry-Bomb exhausts.. All I got back was "no no no no no no".
I bought one anyway and I totally love it! Just goes to show, It doesn't matter what folk on here think, It matters what you think of your style, they're not driving it! :y:

Out of interest, what colour is your car?

its a lush blue, dont know which exact one unfortunately, its like a purply blue :S ha.
