ok iv not been on here long so i dont no how it works fully but i thought il give it a go at making myself a progress thread...

when i got the car it was standard, here's some pics:




the first thing i did to it was mesh the grill..



this didn't take too long, it was simple after reading a few threads on here!
i stuck it inplace with a glue gun which literaly dries in seconds.
o and yh i took the picture at 3am lol after coming back from a night out :drink:

i just today went i picked up sum 15 white alloys for her, took me ages to find some 3 studs!


got a back box for free aswel! but not got any pics of it yet.

wen i get some money together im goin to buy sum tyres and get them rims and back box put on.

here's a list of other things i want to do:
- lower her to about 45/50mm
- tint back 3 windows
- put a sun strip on
- spray dash white
- smoke the lights (front and back)
- maybe spray the rims matt black?

any ideas feel free to comment people.

Cool ideas, I wouldnt put the sun strip though...But if you like it ofcourse then do it.
Pretty much the same plans I have for mine, Ill see how it goes for you.
Post a pic of the backbox and how its running when you can :P

yh im not to sure about the sun strip but il see how it looks, and with the back box il get some pics up soon as i get it fitted, should be tomorow!

ok, iv decided to fit the exhaust and wheels on together but as i havn't got any money to buy my tyres with they'l both have to wait,

for now i decided to spray my air vents and center surround on dash but i cant get the center part out.. iv taken out 3 screws but cant see anymore?

because i couldnt be arsd 2 wait till the morning to have a look at it properly,
i took everything else out that needed spraying (speaker covers, door handle thing?)
iv started spraying these bits white but they might look a little odd with the centre part still normal?

is there any guides that show how to remove it or can anyone help?

managed to find a guide which showed me how to take the centre part out,
after i got it all out i sprayed them all white and let them dry over night,
i put them back in when they had dried,

updates should be more regular now as i just quit my job!
i now have a lot more time to spend on my car!

white is a sweet colour

in the real world yeah but im a student so some of my student loan will go on the car lol

i really like the white vents and center console :P
but i never understood why pople also paint the speaker grilles , imo that looks a bit weird , now it stands out and the grilles arent that beutifull to see

i tinted the back 3 windows 2day! i had a go at doing them myself,
the sides turned out alright but the back got a few bubles around the edges :wall:

is there anyone in manchester that can help me do it properly?

Sounds like you got it all covered, keep the wheels white but the car needs to be clean to look good. Exhaust and tints are the way forward, all good so far :)

How dark are you planning on doing the windows?

i tinted the windows the other day,
i done them with 95% tints.. look good but i cant see much at night

i put my sun strip on 2day and fitting my exhaust tomorow!
will put some pics and videos up tomorow night..

pics of the exhaust mate? id definitely spray the black bump strips, the badges and the boot handle white and with those wheels and your other mods should look really good

its abit to white for me, im going for a white and black theme
il have a photoshop up in a few mins of what i want it to be like

u done that photoshop mate? imo i dont think you can have too much whit, but gloss black is also very sexy, that is that ive done on my car anyway

i saw it on a white saxo when i was on a little adventure in bristol and fell in love with the idea!

also the black panels could be more glossy but i cba editing it more now..

Get some mirror caps on spray them White looking good though.

finaly got my wheels on and give it a good clean and polish, here's some pictures:

looks nice just slam it big style flatties look ace around 50-80mm

Comp mo's look great. Reminds me of the transformation of my oldflatty when I put my comp mo's on. Photoshop doesn't look too bad. Like it :y:

lol we're nearly got twins, saw the wheels on in the car park at college the other day, looks good, next step for mine is tints and lowering, then im gna have a tinker with the engine ;)
