decided to move on to the jap side now saving up for a glanza! what do you guys think of them??

Look like shit, but run silly power. So sort of evens out.

Would rather a Honda for the same money personally.

Pulsar for me thanks, Starlets are ok but not as quick as some would make out, although not bad for a 1300 turbo.

I think they look shit. Horrible things.

Pulsar for me too but you cant really compare the 2.

They arent all that fast as standard tbh,but easy enough to tune.

Im not comparing the two in terms of engine size etc , im just suggesting he could get something far better for the same if not less money,

The Glanza V looks much better than the normal Starlet imo. I personally LIKE the looks of the Glanza V.

If your after a smallish engined car with boost go for the a 1.8t. Their much much better built and a lot more potential for power compared the 4EFTE.

my mate had one running alot of power. extremely dangeous but alot of fun if you like your bum hole clenching up (alot of moments like that)

Personally love starlets, awesome little cars. Mind you i think id always end up going for a civic VTI. But if you can afford the insurance you may-swell just go straight to a 200sx

my mates got a white glanza not sure on them personally but it's pretty quick for a 1.3 even if it is turbo'd

only had the chance to play with an EVO FQ400, and a few m3's, and ive not been beat yet..

I'm not keep on them, plenty about for the 3F-TE engine's, they chuck out about 133bhp which isn't that much when you consider what a VTS would do if it's turboed and IMO it's just another micra lookalike lol

4 door starlet with a glanza turbo lump ftw...;) much cheaper than buying a glanza v or gt turbo.

its a 4efte, and the vts is a 1.6, you would need a serious spec vts to catch my car, and i bet it would cost more to build than my car did aswell.

only worth it if its a ep85/95 . can buy a gt for two grand nowadays, thats around the price i will be selling my white on for, and its one of the lowest miles, cleanest ones in the country. with a few choice rare parts aswell.

the starlets are so cheap to buy now, and for the power, there isnt anything on the market you can compare it to, if your after a cheap/fast hot hatch, cheap tax, insurance is still pretty cheap, and i get 30mph in my 330bhp one. dont get that anywhere else.
