Looking good for a clean up mate,
You have much trouble re-sealing the cam covers? Like any leaks etc?

She got any rust?

Door cards look good.

As for the floor grommit. Go to a citroen dealership and order the grommit in. Cost a matter of pennies for one.

I got them from a guy on this site second hand, Didnt cost alot tbh. If you need some then just ask people that are breaking cars.

I do like the MK2 Rear lights but its not priority at the moment but i will get around to it :y:

Dead easy to remove the wiper motor without damage mate! Just remove the wiper arm and all the fixings, then pulls straight out of the rubber seal without touching the glass. DO IT!!!

There's one in the interior rear floor of the car that's a good fit for now, if you didn't want to wait.
Cars coming along nice by the way mate.

Cheers dude, its 350mm and it has 70mm of depth.

I thought it was fairly easy to fit, because the airbag was already out it meant i could just get on with it :y:

Rocker covers were done in normal gloss black but you should really use high temp paint to be on the safe side :y:

Soflegee 12th November 2012 19:22

bit of a novice with cars at the moment mate, have you got a good brand of high temp paint to use?!

Here is a link to the stuff i used to spray my VTR rocker cover a while back.

It worked fine but its not that glossy.
