Crashed me car yesterday
 

well i was going home for me dinner from work.

Avan stopped instantly on the duel carriageway from work, the car in front of me has ABS breaks so he stopped really quick and i don't so even though i breaked i went in to the back of him.

not happy!

abs doesnt stop any quicker than other brakes just stops you locking up

well id idn't stop very well anyway... i am sat at home with bad back and whip lash but yer i'm ok!

I'd look at getting it fixed privately. Would be cheaper than scraping and replacing the car (probably)

The bumpers / rad etc could all be sourced from a scrappy / donations from members..

probably needs a new inner wing and outer one.. Thats where the expense will come in. Cash payment to a crash repair place and tell them its not an insurance job and you'll get a much more realistic fixing cost.

Thanks guys. Thats what i'm hoping to do. I think it is bent cause the wheels have moved to the other side of the arch. It still run's thoughg. lol.
