I will update the list as i strip more of mine. Hope this is of help to people. The idea is to calculate what you've stripped from the list below and work out how much weight you have lost. It might also be helpfull for people posting parts for the cost via royal mail etc.


Suspension/Steering.

Gmc saxo 40mm springs = 1.924kg x2

Engine/Attaching parts.

Standard Cast manifold with down pipe = 13.800kg
Standard exhaust system (Cat/Centre/Back box) = 15.800kg
Ashley mild steel 4 branch = 6.900kg
Saxsport stainless system (Centre/Back box) = 9.100kg
Kam racing v2 stainless system (Centre/Back box) = 7.800kg
Piper 4-1 16v manifold = 5.200kg's
16v twin fan setup = 4.350kg's
Jp4 rocker cover setup = 1.205kg
Kam racing alternator pulley = 84grams
Kam racing crank pulley 16v = 228grams
Standard crank pulley 16v = 1.313kg
Standard alternator pulley = 233grams
Air filter bracket on the side of the battery tray= 710grams

Not yet dave, your rallyes light as fook lol. i want to get it weighed in the new year so i can work out my power to weight ratio. How the hell did you get it that light? most people who have gone very extreme are lucky to get 780ish.
