Thought this might be of some interest, you need your MOT unique number and your reg, it brings up your past MOT's, millage etc. I never got any service history with my car so this came in very handy as i was unsure whether the car had been clocked or not

isnt this like a HPi check?

no it brings up your past mot's, i.e where it was mot'd, miles, try it and you shall see

Now that's interesting. My dad's car has failed a few mot's the bloke who sold it to us said it had never failed any!!!

The site has only been up and running for 3 year so you dont get all previous mot's just the last 2 or 3

nvm i was on the wrong one :p

it only comes up with 2 MOT results lol, one that ive done and one it had at the garage before i bought it

And i did just have a good snigger, after searching for some older cars' MOTs to try, i found an MOT sheet from my first Austin Mini(1984)
Couldn't help but laugh when i saw it failed on nearly half the things they test!

just says mine has passed lol, not got anymore info..

Great find this. I was really concerned I had been screwed over, because I have got a lot of miles racked up on my clock, and was told most have been in the last 2 years, and this confirmed it. And didnt really have any probs in that last few years, Cheers :)

Is this supposed to be accurate.....says mine ran out of MOT in 2005.....when I have my MOT certificate here in my hand.

what the fuck are you doing holding your MOT certificate?
