mate it doesnt sound like a tractor the cherry bomb exhausts are like professional rallying exhausts, it is just very loud, raspy and as you says pos a lot, am surprised you havnt been pulled for the noise.

You actually being serious?

kcsaxo 12th January 2009 19:38

where the hell is the middle box? and yes any other backbox would sound nicer and quieter.

KamRacing 13th January 2009 11:11

what size tailpipe do you currently have? As a general rule, smaller is usually slightly quieter

-Donkei- 13th January 2009 15:02

think its about a 4 inch cherry bomber just completly straight through it does sound horrible and yea im suprised i havent been pulled to.

so you guys think the janspeed will b better thn?

OLLYVTS 13th January 2009 15:08

Have you thought about a magnex back box?

They are not to loud and sound nice when you put your foot down.

-Donkei- 13th January 2009 19:05

no havent tried that problem is i welded the cherry bomber to the staight through middle box, so ive only got my standard one left.

might book it in for a custom exhaust :p

duno il link it to somewere lol

AlexB 14th January 2009 11:47

i would say just get a new backbox like a janspeed or magnex or it
cherrybombs are designed for only 1 thing which is volume

a magnex on a straght through sounds pretty good
not heard a janspeed but a lot of people like them

Prickle 14th January 2009 12:00

They sound okay on youtube, but i only found a american car :S

JamesR 14th January 2009 13:11

yes mate i am being serious, most rally cars i have seen use cherry bomb exhausts, look in the motorsport section of demon tweeks. there for race/rally cars.

Prickle 14th January 2009 13:12

the rally cars exhausts look nothing like the cherrybomb exhausts :S

Xsi16v_Jk 14th January 2009 13:21

most rally cars run custom made exhausts mate

cherry bombs are not a motor sport exhaust
the decebel limits will not allow you to use that type of system
