Well im desperate to take car to the crusie at livi on friday.

Is it possible to buy 24 hour insurance.

Is your car insured fully comp?

Is he insured Fully comp on his car?

If yes, he will be able to drive any other car TPFT if his policy states this

My car is not insured anymore. For anyone.

He is TPFT.

Then you could only do it if he was to add you as a named driver to his policey.

If he is insured on his own car and your car is not insured then he can add your car to his policy. My company doesn't do it for a day though, the minimum time they will do it for is a week

Failing that there's http://www.dayinsure.com/

It cost me £16 for a weeks insurance on the girlfriends car to give you a rough idea.
