Trouble Contacting Napster
 

Hi,
Been a subscribed member of napster for a few months now and don't think I'm justifying the £10/month or whatever they are charging. So.....
Just tried to unsubscribe and keep getting directed to call this number that don't ring, just says "this number is not valid" or something then hangs-up!
Looking on line for contact details and these wierd phone numbers keep popping up, like 866.620.1137? What is that number? Looks like an IP address?
Any pointers peeps? :wall:

Well well.
No joy on saxp, so I looked on line and loads of whingy people going on about how hard it is to unsubscribe from Napster! So I though, sh1t, their phone number and the option to unsubscribe doesn't work, am I stuck with this now?
Even though I seemed to have been unable to delete my subscription, I got an email today saying thanks and sorry to see me go? Bonus. Will make sure their payment is cancelled and say goodbye to all the music files with crap file extensions I couldn't do anything with.

Sounds like you've had a right fuck about with them........

check with your bank that its been cancelled or ask them to just cancel payments for it

yep just cancel the direct debit
