sometimes it lets me, sometimes it wont...

i tired to do :A: just a second ago, and i typed it rather than click it. like i always do, and it just comes up with a lower case a . . .

numerous times over the last few months its been doing this.

You have dick fingers and missed the shift key ;)

If the entire reply is in Caps then it reduces them to lower cae with the anti shout thing they have.

But if you type a whole post in caps and just one lower case then its ok. I find sliding a lowercase 'i' is best as it goes unoticed and blends in.
