According to the devs, Tomb Raider is running at 1080p 60fps on ps4. On the XB1 its running at 1080p. 30fps.

glad I sold my xbox one, 360 will do me for now untill ps4 gets some better games.

Most of Tomb Raider runs at 45fps. MOST of the sections of the XB1 version run run at 45fps and a couple of bits run at 30fps.

When you play the game, you'll barely notice the difference.

it is interesting the decision to run the xboner with a comparitive lack of grunt.

However the ps3 always had a number crunching advantage over the 360 and never took advantage of it.

I am loathed to buy another playstation as the ps3 was utterly wank (IMO before the fanbois get their knickers in a twist) but at the moment the xboner really isnt doing much to endear itself to the casual gamer

Was an xbox gamer, switched to PS4.

I did hear that COD ghosts was only running 720p native on xbox, in comparison to 1080p native on the PS4.

The difference is due to the Xbox One and PS4 versions having different developers.

Nope. Due to the cross over of the old gen/new gen, most games are just updated ports from the PS3/360. All these games are the ones that have downgraded FPS and resolution.

Give it another year and every game will run the same FPS and resolution between consoles.

I see the already crap ps network which was crap when it was free and is now a crap pay for service will be down for six hours on Monday. Lol

lol xbox servers have been down 3-4 times since release.

Eh? Admittedly, I play a lot of Xbox and I have NEVER had the servers go down while on Xbox One..

Yeah in first week went down a few times for maintenance and a few times but yank time so middle of night.

1st week.. PS is doing it months after release.. Everyone is always going to argue who's is better.. End of the day, i think the PlayStation gets more kids playing it.. Used to be free online, now the cheaper console.. Ideal target for parents to get their kids.. More people sat in the corner of maps doing fuck all..

People can bitch and cry about 720p, 1080p, end of the day, most of it is down to what TV you have anyway.. I can't say when i'm mid war on Battlefield, the 1st thing going through my mind is the graphics and hos smooth the side of a tank looks..
